Aircraft and Avionics Sales Inc is a avionics shop.

Paul Haubert of New Cumberland, who owned an FBO at Capitol City Airport in the 1970’s , has started his own avionics shop. Operating under repair station number 13AR318B his son Wayne Haubert with twenty five years experience is the avionics manager, and Travis Rife with eight years experience is the inspector/lead technician.

We Repair old radios, install new ones, repair aircraft electrical squawks, perform the checks required by F.A.R. 91.411 and 91.413, and so much more.

Aircraft and Avionics Sales Inc. Has experience and training that start from the most simple COM/NAV systems to integrated systems such as Avidyne Entegra and Garmin G-1000.

We are FAA radio class 1 and 2 rated with a limited 3 rating. We are also members of the AEA.

About Us

Aircraft and Avionics Sales Inc. began as West shore Aviation an FBO at Capitol City Airport in the 1970’s. West Shore Aviation was owned and operated by Paul Haubert. Paul then began Zero Timed Inc. as a division of West Shore Aviation.

Paul then eventually sold his FBO , which eventually became Clark Aviation, Then Harrisburg Jet Center, Then UFS-Aero. Now after some turbulent times the bank owns the FBO operation and named it CXY Aviation.

In 1992 Aircraft and Avionics Sales Inc. was incorporated. Aircraft and Avionics Sales Inc. started making slide in adapters to put Michels MX 3ooV NAV/COM radios in the popular Narco MK 3 and MK 8 among other things.

In late 2008 early 2009 the FBO at capitol city airport fell on hard times. This included the avionics shop that was located there. The avionics manager Wayne Haubert teamed up with his father Paul and decided to began there own shop.

They got a repair station certificate and began doing pitot static checks. Shortly after opening they took on there inspector/technician Travis Rife.This team is ready to go to work for you and handle your aircraft electronics needs.
