Veyron brings AI-assisted insights, OEM technical publications and parts inventory into one MRO workflow to help business aviation teams manage maintenance more efficiently.

Veyron MRO Software offers several features worth considering when choosing your next business aviation maintenance system. The company aims to reduce the number of dashboards and tools maintenance teams need to use when managing repairs.

A key differentiator is AIRE, Veyron’s in-house AI engine. According to Veyron, it uses anonymized data to provide insights and analysis that support maintenance decisions. It can also pull data from other systems and check maintenance requirements for the task at hand.

Kris Volrath, Veyron’s Chief Product Officer, explained that the AI can recognize when three repairs, described differently in the system, represent the same recurring problem. This could help teams identify underlying issues and reduce unnecessary repairs and parts replacement.

Veyron also offers the option to purchase or license technical data, including OEM publications, through its maintenance software. Volrath said the company partners with 65 OEMs to resell their publications, integrating technical data into technicians’ work orders. This reduces the need to switch between the work order and a separate publication system.

Volrath described onboarding as straightforward, even for companies without digital records. Veyron partners with Bluetail to help bring those records online.

CAMP maintenance tasks can be imported through an Excel document to build a work order in the system.

Users can also search their parts inventory to see whether components needed for a repair are in stock and send a request to the purchasing department to source required parts.

Veyron has not published pricing, but the company said each aircraft serial number requires a subscription, with no limit on the number of users per aircraft.
