For over 47 years Techmetals has specialized in Anodize, Plating, Coatings, Cleaning, Etching, Electro Polish, Metal Finishing, Physical Vapor Deposition (PVD) and Stripping which allows us to support the needs of OEM’s and Repair Stations. 170,000 sq/ft campus and experience we can run difficult jobs, small lots, and production. Lines can run small to large parts up to 20 tons. Processes include: Aluminum & Titanium Anodize, Hardcoat, Zinc Nickel, Chemfilm, EN, Nickel Boron, Zinc, Hard Chrome, Nickel, Passivation, Silver, Gold, TiN, CrN, DLC, and many more. Other services: grinding, blasting, laser marking, NDT, Testing, and R&D. We are an FAA Repair Station. We have multiple aerospace OEMs approvals. Nadcap, AS-9100, ISO, FFL, & ITAR.
