TechPark

TechPark is the location of a collaborative effort to encourage economic development in Southern Illinois specifically targeting aviation businesses. Located at the Southern Illinois Airport in Carbondale, TechPark offers shovel ready development sites with complete utility infrastructure and direct access to highways and airport runways. The world renown aviation programs and resources of Southern Illinois University are located on the airport and provide a large and talented pool of low cost labor. Incentives and development assistance packages are available within our growth oriented community.
