Advanced Materials Technologies is an FAA/EASA approved repair and overhaul facility, focused on providing high quality services to operators of small gas turbine engines primarily Auxiliary Power Units. Located in Phoenix, Arizona our 27,000 SF, climate controlled facility is equipped with an extensive array of equipment to support manufacture, repair, and overhaul and is staffed by a team of highly experienced industry experts including an FAA DER. Our in-house capabilities include 5-axis CNC milling, large and small diameter CNC turning, conventional machining, vacuum heat treat/braze, air flow testing, metal spray, high temperature coating, grinding, wire EDM, sinker EDM, 5 axis EDM drilling, tig welding and electron beam welding.
