Consult about Safety belts P/N H- 702-200

Recently we had bought in Aero FAbricators Inc. an STC Nº SA1410GL to apply in an aircraft Cessna 150 by training.
We would like to know if this belt has time limits or they are all condition.
I appreciate if you can send me the information.
